After recovering from chronic insomnia herself and starting a small Instagram channel with ~1,000 followers, Rached was making ~€1,000 per month coaching chronic insomniacs to recovery over WhatsApp.

After speaking with so many insomnia sufferers and seeing how little was known and utilised about both the topic and her unique approach in the Francophone world, she knew this could be so much bigger.
